The Pupil Services Department is under the leadership of Fred Timm. Fred joined the Wisconsin Heights School District in July 2005. Fred brings a rich history of working with special needs students, beginning as a Mathematics teacher in Green Bay in1968 and earning his Master of Science in Special Education from the University of Oshkosh in 1974. He stated, "It's my firm belief that every child has the ability and desire to learn. While most students can learn through regular educational programs and systems, some students need specialized instruction or programming for them to be successful at school."
