A Little Bit About Mrs. Nimmow...
Hello! I am Becky Nimmow. I am currently a 4th grade teacher at Wisconsin Heights Elementary School. I graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a double major in Elementary Education and Special Education and started my teaching career at Wisconsin Heights in 1999. I have been teaching since 1996 and have taught 4th grade, high school special education, middle school language arts, and 3-year old preschool.
I believe 4th grade really is the best grade (and not because it is my current role)! 4th graders are funny, curious, and smart and I learn so much myself each year right along with my students.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, son, and Teddy Bear dog at our home on Lake Wisconsin. I love to be outside swimming, boating, kayaking, or simply relaxing in a swing with a good book. One of my favorite hobbies is raising and releasing monarch butterflies. I also love to do creative things with art.
