Introduction

I'm Sherry Bernien and have been a kindergarten teacher at Wisconsin Heights for 35 years! I have a Bachelor's Degree from UWM and a Master's Degree from Viterbo in Education. I am married, have four children, and seven grandchildren. We share our home with our Sheepadoodle and Standard Poodle. I enjoy reading, puzzles, boating, fishiing and spending time with family and friends!

My Classroom

My classroom is busy and activie. I enjoy reading lots of great books to my kinders, doing learning centers, and sharing fun activities and resources with my kids!

Teaching Style

I like to teach with respect, fun and a sense of humor. I want each of my kindergartners to feel included, respected and loved. I use natural consequences, a calm demeanor and positive reinforcement with my class.
