The Wisconsin Heights School District is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Design-Build, General Contracting, or Construction Management firms to provide comprehensive planning, design, equipment procurement, site preparation, and construction services for the renovation and upgrade of its main outdoor athletic stadium and surrounding facilities.
The District seeks a turn-key partner capable of delivering high-quality, durable, and safe facilities while assisting the District in identifying and securing external funding sources, grants, or corporate sponsorships to help finance the project.
