7th grade math did a holiday themed breakout box to break out of their unit on inequalities. The breakout box problems were written to the poem of Twas the Night Before Christmas, except there were problems such as mice had taken over the house and Santa's sleigh had broken down. The students had to use what they had learned about solving with less than, greater than, less than or equal to, and greater than or equal to, to help Santa deliver the gifts. All of the #VanguardPride teams were successful and had a great time doing the activity to review for their upcoming test.
